Jennifer DeBlasio, Discovery thru Movement and Jazett Instructor
Jennifer has been teaching Discovery thru Movement, Jazett, and Acro Dance for the past 10 years. Her love of dance began at the age of four, at the Stratford Academy of Dance. Throughout her life, she has enjoyed music and dance, at the studio, in Competition with Stratford Academy of Dance’s very first competition team, and in college. Jennifer studied dance in college at the University of Maine and Southern Connecticut State University. After college, Jennifer joined the Americorps Program and taught their elementary and high school after school programs. She was also hired by the Department of Environmental Protection Agency and worked as an education/environmental teacher for the D.E.P.. Jenn continues this love of the art, as a teacher of young dancers with the hope to inspire them and to fill their hearts with the joy of dance. Her goal is to prepare her students for a successful future in the art of dance and music. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to combine her two loves, of dance and her children. Her proudest accomplishments are her three beautiful children. She feels blessed to have them growing in our dance community.
